RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES

High Speed Computing Return Policy

High Speed Computing Inc. offers a 30-Days return period for certain products and accessories.

Except as provided below, all hardware, peripherals, parts, and accessories may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date on the invoice for a credit or a refund of the price paid, minus shipping and handling, and up to 15% restocking fees.

Any product returned to High Speed Computing Inc. without prior Return Material Authorization (RMA - see below) will be considered an unauthorized return (see below).

Software may not be returned at any time with the exception of Operating System and Application Software originally installed by High Speed Computing.

Interactive Large Screen Displays byVolanti Displays cannot be returned under any circumstance - if the products are defective and under warrantyVolanti Displays will be responsible for servicing the products.

High Speed Computing Return Procedures

All material returned to High Speed Computing Inc. requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to its return. The Return Material Authorization number must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Products returned without RMA will be considered unauthorized returns and are not eligible for credit and High Speed Computing Inc. will not ship them back to the sender.

All warranty returns to High Speed Computing Inc. must be shipped in the original packing material or appropriate replacement shipping materials provided by High Speed Computing Inc.. If you require packing materials, please contact High Speed Computing Inc. Technical Support. Shipments arriving in non-standard or other than original packaging may result in additional charges or void the warranty.

There are several reasons for customers to return material to High Speed Computing Inc. The processes and timing for returning material to High Speed Computing Inc. are as indicated below:

1. Return for Depot Repair

When a High Speed Computing Support Technician determines that the best corrective action to repair a system is Depot Repair, the High Speed Computing Inc. Support Technician shall issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to the customer to enable the customer to ship the material to High Speed Computing Inc. Depot Repair Center for repair. The system can be sent back for repair during the 3 year warranty period.

2. Return of Defective Component

High Speed Computing Inc. offers advanced replacement of components determined to be defective by a High Speed Computing Support Inc. Technician. The replacement part will arrive with paperwork indicating the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to be used to return the defective component. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping container for the returned part. The RMA must be sent in within the warranty period for the item in question. The systems all have a 3 year limited warranty but certain component may have a longer manufacturer warranty. Please call High Speed Computing Inc. for more information about your system.

3. Return for Credit

High Speed Computing Inc. Support Technicians can issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for credit when they have determined a technical issue exists and meets the criteria for a return for credit. However, if the reason for returning material to High Speed Computing Inc., for credit, is other than a technical issue, the customer can contact their sales representative. The sales representative can process the return for credit request if it was purchased less than30-Days prior to the request. Once the credit is approved the Returns Department at High Speed Computing Inc. will contact the customer with the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. CertainReturns for Credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
